Gulgula (mini donuts)

Makes roughly 6-8 gulgula’s


  • ½ cup of Almond Breeze Original Almond Milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons caster sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Oil to fry



  • In a bowl add all dry ingredients.
  • Make a well and add Almond Breeze Almond Milk and mix together.
  • You will have a firm dough, roll into 6-8 balls.
  • Fry each side until golden brown.
  • Drain and enjoy with honey.
